We are happy to accept returns if the item(s) are returned to us in the original packaging, unworn and in the same condition within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure you quote your order number and we'll be able to give you our return address. We do not offer refunds for original delivery costs or return postage.
Sale items are non refundable but we will happily offer you a credit note to the value of the item instead.
As a small business, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the return. We are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. Please retain proof of postage to enable you to claim a loss where necessary. We also recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items that go astray or arrive with us faulty/ not in original condition.
